Our Services
We put an experienced safety lead on your site for a day, a phase, or the whole job. One-day minimum plus travel; longer work runs on contract. You get daily, weekly and monthly reports.
On Site Safety Leadership
Site-specific safety plans and written programs built around your scope, not a template with your logo on it. First draft three weeks from kickoff, delivered in Word and PDF so your team can edit it. Rush available.
Safety Plans & Written Programs
When something goes wrong, we investigate and you get a written report in two business days, root cause worked through 5-why and an analysis tree. Audit coming? We walk the site first and find the gaps before the auditor does.
Incident & Audit Response
Training video shot on your site with your equipment and your crew. We stage reenactments and never film live violations, so there's no record of your crew doing it wrong. Final cut in 45 days, Spanish subtitles available. Quoted separately.
